Superb Dealership

We were on our way to Texas, from Canada when a noise developed in the front end of our Equinox. We took one of the exits for Springfield, and was directed to your dealership. We were met by Sean who was very professional, polite and efficient. Our wait was short, and the problem was fixed, with no charge. One of the lug nuts had come loose. They retorqued all four wheels and had us back on the road again. Thank you and you are very lucky to have such a dedicated employee as Sean.

I would recommend this dealer.

DO NOT GO TO RELIABLE CHEVROLET!

The absolute WORST car buying experience. I wouldn't recommend Reliable Chevrolet to anyone. One star is to high. They originally sold me a car they didn't have the title to. They played games with me for a month. I finally got another car 2 weeks ago and still haven't received the missing interior pieces. I've told 3 employees about the parts and I'm told they'd order them. Lies, deceit and broken promises is all I get. Rich tried to blame me for the situation after the original illegal sale and had me in tears. Jay will lie about everything. He told me the car I bought had 4000 miles on it and in actuality it had over 25000 miles. He guaranteed me the insurance on the 2nd car would not increase over the 1st one. It went up $40 a month! STAY AWAY FROM RELIABLE CHEVROLET!

Buyers Beware

The service dept is horrible. Very rude. Our fuel pump went out 6 hours from home. Over 6 hours and $1000÷ later we left in our vehicle that now smells like stale cigarettes. The serve manager never offered us a courtesy vehicle or ride to get lunch. We had to walk. Horrible attitudes but they knew we were desperate and took advantage of the situation. Buyers beware

Bait and Switch and Old School Practices! Not for Me!

So I inquired about a 2018 Equinox LS with AWD $20.988. I asked if it was still available and they said they would look. I was told I would be taken care of and not to worry about anything. I submitted my finance paperwork, trade info with pictures and was not told anything except we were close on the numbers. They would not talk numbers until I spoke with the manager. When I got there, they had a used Equinox LT AWD with 35,000 miles for $22,444. We test drove it and liked it but wanted the new one for $20,988. We walked around looking and when they asked new car dept, the only 2018's available were premium models. This was 3 days ago and the listing is still up. They kept us there for 2 hours waiting on numbers when all of it should have been done before we got there. They bait you with a great price on their site, get you in there and tell you they have been sold, try to sell you on something else and still continue to advertise a car they do not have. Awful practice. When they brought us the numbers, the payment was $200 more than what we discussed we were comfortable paying.They also wanted us to pay for a crazy expensive certification which I was told would be in the price of the car. No Thanks. Our salesman was really nice and so was the manager but their practices are old and out of date. I have bought and traded 6 cars over the last 10 years through making deals over the internet and phone so I know exactly what I'm getting when I get there. There is nothing better than arriving at the dealer, trading keys, signing papers and driving away in your new car in less than 45 minutes. You will not get this with Reliable Chevrolet so If you like archaic dealer practices, then this dealer is for you. I ended up buying from another dealer with no issues for the same price of the used Equinox and got my payments where I wanted them.

finance guy lies

Girlfriend bought a car here 6 months ago. She was unable to take a male with her so they took her to finance and told her she had to get gap insurance and the extended warranty or she would not be approved for a car. I was able to cancel the worthless warranty and am still trying to cancel gap ins. They lie and are terriable to work with after the sale and have your money.

The return trip to this dealership was the best i ever had at a car dealership. I do not know how they worked their magic, but they got me in a brand new car, no money down, and gave me a fair amount for my trade in. I got my dream car, and i could not be any happier. No Service

The check engine light came on in my Impala. Making sure the car was okay enough to drive I scheduled for the last appointment of the day. I booked it after work and drove 100 miles to get to this appointment to be told they were not going to take me. Offered to "try" to get me in the next day. I couldn't stay that long that's why I scheduled an appointment. I had to return. The car will be serviced at another dealer. Will not go to this dealer again. This is horrible customer service!!!

The man that helped us picked out the car we bought. It fit my budget. I have already recommended you to my daughter And she bought a car 3 days after us. The service part I am not sure about. The day after we got our car I got an email that said my tire pressure was low on three tires. That should have been checked before we bought that or at least left the lot.

took my cadillac in to have it fixed! i approved 1600 in repairs and when i went to pick up they had not replaced the three fuel injectors or this bolt that was talked about from beginning! somehow they knocked off my plate that goes over the wiring under the steering wheel and claim they didnt but didnt even tell me about it! i had to leave it another three days and was told all was done this time and that i was the one that didnt approve original work which i have a witness that was with me to say i did too! there were no apologies for not doing the work they were susposed to do just how long it would take to get done! again i made sure they were to replace this bolt that was missing and they assured me they would! i picked it up after them having it 5 days and paid for the three injectors and the BOLT got it home and realized that plate was missing called them they said it was broke and laying on floorboard but knew that was not so because i was in the car before it went there! but they put it in box in trunk! on instinct i opened the hood and sure enough that BOLT i had payed for was not there! called the supervisor of floor and he was nothing but rude when i said i would speak to him but i was done talking to the idiots on floor he told me not to call them idiots (fine) but i said they thought i was idiot and didnt do what they said they would do and i paid 1600 and he says to me "well if you feel like an idiot thats on you" ! our convo ended! considering getting a lawyer to get my money back for the bolt and for extremely poor service!

False Internet Prices

Don't let the internet prices lure you to this dealer!!! I have always heard horrible testimonials about this dealer, but figured I'd give them a fair shake...big mistake. I saw an ad for a 2016 Chevy Trax AWD on the internet for a little under $16,000, which seemed like a great price so I emailed the dealer to confirm. The internet salesperson confirmed the price and said she spoke with the manager and that price was their best price for that vehicle, since it was already $7,000 off MSRP. In fact, she sent me a copy of the same ad with the price of under $16,000. However, when I showed up at the dealer I was told that the internet price was a "mistake" and the actual price would be closer to $18,000. It looks like the internet price is a "teaser" price to lure in customers, which seems like fraud to me. Needless to say, I immediately left without test driving the vehicle. Don't waste your time with these people.

Visiting to look at a car we've been talking about. I call 20 minutes in and, they did they'd get the car ready. The rep I find says the car is sold, then tries to sell newer car. Not pleased

worst car dealer I have ever dealt with

2 hours to do an oil change and rotate tires. Nothing mentioned and nothing done about the recalls on this vehicle. Don't know why I bought it back to you. But you are now open to a lawsuit if the recalls cause damage.
